Department of Public Economics has one of the most comprehensive programs in the faculty. The students, next to the theoretical and practical courses on public economics, economics and management, take courses on law, political sciences, computer sciences and advanced foreign languages. Some of the basic courses taken on these fields include Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, Public Finance, Theory of Public Finance, Budget and the Financing Public Expenditures, Local Government Finance, Tax Law, Fiscal Policy, Econometrics, Computer, Management, International Economics Theory and Policy.
In the Department we have the Divisions of Financial Economics, Financial Law, Financial Planning and Theory of Finance.
