The Section of International Relations is one of the three sections of the Department of International Relations. The research areas of the Section comprise of theoretical and methodological debates of IR, security and identity policies, historical developments in regional and global matters and current issues.
IR students, who gain a basic knowledge of social sciences mainly during the first two years of the undergraduate program, specialize in the field of International Relations during courses in the third and fourth years. The graduate program consists of a set of courses and seminars that provide IR students deeper perspective and focus in both the theoretical and conceptual debates, and regional and global issues of IR.
